The Rental Process
Our process for securing your renter!
Step 1: We screen the applicant (considerations: length on the job, credit score, rental history)
Step 2: Renter owner match (yah!)
Step 3: Walk-thru and sign lease agreement
Step 4: Collect deposit (transferred to owner) and Collect 1st month rent (owed to Legacy Property Management team LLC for initial client set-up fees etc.)
